ETTLINGEN, Germany, June 17, 2022 — The VC Stereo Cam from Vision Components GmbH is an embedded vision system for 3D and dual-camera applications.

Based on the VC Power System on Module image processing module with an onboard field-programmable gate array, which preprocesses large data volumes in real time, the camera can be flexibly configured for a wide range of OEM projects. Users are able to choose their processor platform, and its groundwork for stereo image processing with synchronized triggering and optional disparity matching saves development effort. Its 120,000 logic cells handle even complex calculations in real time.
