End-Caps for single-mode and PM fiber (125µm to 400μm OD clad) provide reduced power density where laser light enters or exits the fiber. The result is a “free space” optical end-face that is resistant to damage from high-power lasers and contaminants from the UV to 488nm lasers. End-Caps can be installed into a variety of connectors and ferrules. See our website for more information.
