LOEBAU, Germany, Sept. 24, 2018 — ULT AG has introduced the ULT 200 and ULT 200.1 extraction systems for the removal of gases, vapors, and odors.

The ACD 200.1 presents a user-friendly configured system concept suited for several industries, such as plastics processing, metal construction, electronics, additive manufacturing, or food and beverage. Furthermore, it can be used in laboratories and production facilities in pharmaceutical and chemical sectors. The ACD 200.1 extraction system’s modularity and flexibility can be configured to meet changing process conditions. The system concept also allows for the connection with capturing elements such as extraction arms or hoses and tubes. In principle, the system supports airborne pollutant removal at up to four individual workplaces.

Thanks to its integrated vacuum stabilization and selectable pressure ranges, the ULT 200’s extraction performance adapts automatically and flexibly to the required pollutant capturing. This primarily concerns fume extraction at several workplaces, providing a high degree of cost savings. Users can also save plenty of time searching for accessories and their adaptations to individual pollutant capturing situations.
