The LAS 1200 extraction and filtration system from ULT AG is designed for laser fume, applying a specially configured filtration concept for the capture and filtration of dry, noncombustible dusts occurring during material processing by means of laser technology.
To enable high-degree purification of laser fumes and laser dusts, the airflow is led through five different filtration stages, resulting in a separation rate of >99.9 percent. The extraction and filter system can be utilized stationary or alternatively as a mobile unit, which results in high flexibility in terms of possible application scenarios.
The system is designed for laser cutting, laser welding, laser marking or laser ablation processes that generate harmful mixtures of dusts, gases and vapors.
