Jos. Schneider Optische Werke GmbH (Schenider Kreuznach) has expanded its range of xenon-emerald F-mount lenses to include 60- and 80-mm focal widths.

The lenses are designed for large sensors with an image circle diameter of up to 43.2 mm. They are available for an F-mount bayonet or modular V48 system, allowing adaptation for all common camera mounts like the M42 or M58. A maximum resolution of 29 MP, 400- to 1000-nm broadband coating and low distortion are featured. With a practical maximum aperture of f/4, both lenses have uniform image quality across the entire image field and can be used over a large range without any loss of quality.

The aperture and focus can be locked to reduce vibrations, with the robust mechanics ensuring high image quality in rough conditions. The devices are suited for line scan, machine vision and quality control applications.
