PEABODY, Mass., May 5, 2013 — SemiNex Corp.’s new FCC-103 25-W, high-power fiber-coupled laser module provides nearly twice the brightness of standard core laser assemblies.
The 100 × 38 × 12.7-mm module produces 25 W of CW power at 1550 nm into a 105-μm core fiber and features a 0.22-numerical-aperture fiber and an SMA905 connector.
Applications include fiber laser pumping, diode-pumped solid-state laser pumping, light detection and ranging, thermal treatment, and medical and other applications requiring high brightness in a compact space.
