EOLITE_Systems.jpgThe third generation of Boreas high-power fiber lasers has been announced by Eolite Systems. The HE (high energy) 40 operates at 1030 nm, delivers 40-W output and has a pulse duration of 7 ns and pulse energy of 2 mJ. The HE80, which also operates at 1030 nm, delivers the same pulse duration and energy but outputs 80 W. The HF (high frequency) lasers are available with wavelengths of 1030, 515 or 343 nm and with average power from 7 W at 343 nm to 50 W at 515 nm.
