Grablink Avenue, an ultrafast digital Camera Link frame grabber, has been launched by Euresys SA. It supports one area- or line-scan camera in the base configuration. A 64-bit 66-MHz PCI bus with 3- or 5-V signaling maintains a data transfer rate of 85 MHz. ADR, a proprietary method for digital acquisition from line-scan cameras, supports web inspection applications at variable speeds and with constant sensitivity. Asynchronous reset and exposure control support area-scan applications. Features include onboard memory, line trigger and various I/O lines.
