Acal BFI MLD and MMLDA new range of femtosecond laser mirrors Acal BFI UK Ltd. provide a >200-nm spectral bandwidth, high reflectivity, a high damage threshold and low group delay dispersion (GDD).

The MLD and MMLD mirrors can be used with both S and P polarization. They feature >99.5 percent reflectivity on 120 nm and >99 percent reflectivity on the entire 200 nm. Their GDD is <20fs2 on 120 nm and <60 fs2 on the entire 200 nm.

Flat mirrors measuring 1 to 2 in. are available from stock, while custom components are available in sizes up to 40 in. and with nonflat surfaces including 90° off-axis parabolas suitable for compressors.
