Siskiyou’s SM-CFTx fiber coupler combines an optical lever arm effect with a diffraction-limited asphere, making single-mode coupling easier than ever. Atop a vibration-resistant OTX.5 multi-axis optics positioner, the assembly withstands 3-g jolts without moving. 100-threads-per-inch adjustment screws ensure accurate submicron translation. The Y-axis knob’s unique capture screw design eliminates drift if the axis is overloaded. Non-influencing axis locks provide added stability and maintain alignment in challenging environments.
