Fiber Inspection ScopeThe FIP-500 fiber inspection scope from EXFO Inc. improves multifiber optical connector testing in data centers and other telecommunications networks.

The device inspects multifiber push on (MPO) connectors in <10 s for full inspection and saved results of an MPO-12 connector. Zero-button operation and automation provides ease of use and time savings. Tip replacement is easy when switching between connector types or from single- to multifiber with the quick connect mechanism.

Default long reach tips, a tip switching mechanism and automation without the need for training provides a low cost of ownership.
