LAKE MARY, Fla., Sept. 21, 2017 — Fiber Laser Cutting SystemsThe Titan FX Series of high-power fiber laser cutting systems from Laser Photonics LLC is designed to consistently meet the high demands of the metal fabricating industry.

The Titan FX Series combines the latest developments in motion engineering, PC-based computer numerical control and fiber laser technologies. The 0.1-mm beam eliminates discoloration on either side of the cut caused by conventional laser cutting methods. It consumes <5 percent of the power required by conventional C02 laser systems and cuts highly reflective metal. Featuring a direct drive motion system, the cutting head moves with the highest possible acceleration and smoothness, reducing stress and vibration on the carriage frame and lowering maintenance requirements.

An integrated laser and cooling system only requires a single connection point for electricity, air, and factory water. Adaptive thick-to-thin beam shaping adjusts dynamically to metal thickness. The system is large-format, with custom sizes available.
