Amada Miyachi America Inc.Request Info
Miyachi Unitek Corp. has launched the LMF3500-HP, a high-power
addition to its LMF family of ytterbium fiber laser markers. The device provides
enhanced performance for deep metal engraving applications, high-speed large-area
marking, and fast, high-quality marking of hard-coated metals. It offers 35 W of
power at the workpiece, with 21-kW, 1.3-mJ pulse energy and a flattop power profile.
Suitable for deep engraving, the laser marker can mark up to and beyond 0.51 mm
deep on steel, aluminum, copper, brass, graphite and tool steels. It is frequently
used to replace lamp-pumped YAG 50- to 100-W systems, which can experience significant
repair downtime, chiller expenses and shortage of parts. The new model joins the
existing LMF1000 and LMF2000 models, known for their ability to make high-contrast
marks on metals and plastics.
