The All-Strip fiber stripper from FiberLogix Ltd.
removes polyimide and other coatings without the use of hot acid. It accommodates
a variety of fiber sizes up to 1 mm in thickness for window or end stripping. The
technology offers an environmentally friendly and chemical-free process to remove
coatings, including carbon, metal and silicone resin, from fibers with diameters
of 250, 500 and 1000 μm and with lengths up to 75 mm. The machine can be used
as a stand-alone unit or integrated into subsystems. It operates on a 12-V battery
for field operations.
