HitachiHighTechnologies.jpgHitachi High-Technologies Corp. has introduced the HF-3300, a cold field emission TEM. The device features an accelerating voltage of 300 kV that allows for high resolution and sensitivity analysis. Magnification ranges from 200× to 500× in low-magnification mode and from 2000× to 1,500,000× in high-magnification mode. The device features double bi-prism electron holography and high-precision parallel nanobeam electron diffraction to provide additional analytical capabilities. The main unit measures 2142 × 1941 × 2860 mm and weighs 2190 kg.
