The new LED-DA/FI/TR/Cy5-4X-A fluorescence filter sets by Semrock Inc. are optimized for LED light engines.

The filter sets are available in single-band, full and Pinkel multiband configurations, and are compatible with various LED light sources.

They are designed to be spectrally aligned with the output of LED light engines, particularly with DAPI, FITC, TRITC and Cy5 in Pinkel quad-band configurations, with a quad-band beamsplitter and a quad-band emitter.
