The Fluorescence Imaging Solution from TPL Vision UK is a multi-UV dome device, bringing safety and flexibility to UV fluorescence imaging applications.
Users can test and select multiple UV wavelengths of 365, 395, 405 nm, along with white illumination for secondary inspection. The combination of the dome shape and the integrated filter blocks all direct UV radiation, maximizes the safety of operators without the need for additional enclosures. The light reflected from the dome is homogeneous over the whole workpiece inspection area, making it suitable for complex glass or metal surface inspection, even at short working distances.
The Fluorescence Imaging Solution can be used with any visible spectrum camera, from fully featured smart cameras to entry-level code readers.
