GRONINGEN, Netherlands, April 14, 2017 — Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging CameraThe Toggel next-generation fluorescence lifetime imaging camera from Lambert Instruments BV makes fluorescence lifetime imaging microscopy (FLIM) and fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) faster and easier with its high light sensitivity, sharp images and fast image acquisition.

An advanced sensor contains all the functionality required for fluorescence lifetime imaging, making the Toggel camera a solid-state FLIM camera and removing the need for an image intensifier. These technological improvements enable lifetime imaging at unprecedented frame rates with the single-image FLIM method.

The Toggel aims to minimize measurement duration, automate image acquisition and simplify data analysis, important parameters in cell biology, cancer research and high-throughput screening.
