Fluorescence Spectrometer
Edinburgh Instruments Ltd.Request Info
Edinburgh Instruments Ltd. has announced an upgraded FLS980 Fluorescence Spectrometer with the capability to measure over a large temperature range of <3 to 300 K without the need for cryogenic liquids.
The device uses the Optistat Dry, which utilizes a Gifford-McMahon cooler with a helium gas closed circuit, eliminating the need for a continuous supply of liquid helium in steady-state and time-resolved photoluminescence at room and liquid nitrogen temperature.
New software allows the cryostat operation to be controlled directly from within the F980 operating software of the spectrometer.
