Fluorometer
HORIBA ScientificRequest Info
The MF2 from Horiba Jobin Yvon Inc. is a multifrequency fluorometer capable of increasing the rate of data collection by 10,000 times and the dynamic range by 1000 times over conventional approaches. The device can measure the duration of molecular events from pico- to nanoseconds and longer. It achieves this through time-correlated single-photon counting as well as phase and modulation (frequency domain). The approach decreases the time it takes to measure a fluorescence lifetime from minutes to milliseconds, according to the company.
