Focus for Smaller InstrumentsThe M3-FS Focus module has a built-in controller — NO external controller needed! You get the absolute smallest system size with maximum ease of integration into your system. Move M16 lenses with 0.5-µm resolution and amazing dynamic stability. The built-in controller takes 3.3 V and communicates directly with your system processor (SPI or I2C). Total size is only 20 × 23 × 16 mm.
