The Fogale LenScan systems allow direct measurement of the position and the center thickness of all optical elements (lenses, cubes, flats) of a closed optical assembly along the optical axis to ±1-μm measurement accuracy. LI 600 version provides ±0.25-μm measurement accuracy. It can be used during all phases of the assembly and final testing during the manufacturing process.
