GPD Optoelectronics Corp. has added the 3-mm-diameter GAP3000Q to its InGaAs Quadrant line of photodiodes.

The GAP3000Q operates in the 800- to 1700-nm spectrum and features monolithic, planar-constructed, circularly segmented geometry.

The InGaAs Quadrant photodiodes also come in 0.5-, 1-, 1.5- and 2-mm diameters and are available in TO18, TO5, ceramic carrier and custom packages.
