VILNIUS, Lithuania, March 5, 2014 — Altechna’s gradient index (GRIN) lenses are suitable for applications in beam collimation or focusing, and laser-to-fiber, fiber-to-fiber and fiber-to-detector coupling.

Lenses with 0.25 pitch have a 0-mm working distance and are suited for beam collimation of optical fibers or laser diodes. The 0.23-pitch lenses have a small working distance and are used for focusing.
