CAMARILLO, Calif., Aug. 21, 2020 — GaAlAs IR LED IlluminatorThe OD-110LISOLHT high-power gallium aluminum arsenide (GaAlAs) IR LED illuminator from Opto Diode Corp. is ideal for military and industrial tasks.

The total power output of the OD-110LISOLHT ranges from 50 to 100 mW, featuring a storage and operating temperature of -65° to +150° C. Its peak emission wavelength is 880 nm with a spectral bandwidth of 55 nm. The typical half-intensity beam angle is 7°. The forward voltage is from 1.75 to 2 V, with its reverse breakdown voltage ranging from 5 to 30 V. Other features include rise and fall times of 20 ns.

Its high-temperature, narrow-angle, 880-nm IR emitter is housed in a two-lead TO-39 package with an isolated case, making it easy to safely integrate into new or existing systems.
