Lighting ControllersThe FP200 series of lighting controllers from Gardasoft Vision Ltd. is suitable for a range of machine vision applications.

The controllers combine capabilities for high-frequency, high-power LED pulsing with low-output current performance. The FP200 series utilizes enhanced technology for faster pulse rise times with trigger frequencies up to 10 kHZ for high-speed pulsing applications such as line-scan imaging. A maximum pulse current of 20 A also allows for high-power, long-pulse applications such as UV curing. In addition, the new controllers deliver improved performance for low-current output with accuracy and repeatability at sub-mA levels for sensitive applications.

Stand-alone or Triniti-compatible versions make integration into machine vision systems easy, and web-browser configuration makes setup straightforward. With significantly increased overdriving capabilities for high-intensity short pulses, the FP200 series provides full LED protection through Gardasoft’s SafeSense technology. SafePower technology provides automatic flexible operation with low heat dissipation.
