P3 Silicone 25A from Stratasys is a general-purpose silicone that enables the production of flexible parts for industrial 3D printing. P3 Silicone 25A has chemical resistance, thermal stability, and mechanical behavior of conventional silicones, to eliminate tooling, reduce lead times, and support localized, low-volume production. The material has been validated in thermal aging tests up to 1000 h at 150 °C and passed biocompatibility and flame retardancy certification. The material was developed through a strategic collaboration with Shin-Etsu and designed exclusively for the Stratasys Origin digital light processing (DLP) platform.
