Basler Vision Technologies’ first four models in the ace GigE camera series include monochrome and color versions of Sony’s ICX618 VGA and ICX445 1.3-megapixel CCD sensors running at 100 and 30 fps, respectively. Measuring 29 x 29 x 42 mm, they offer Power over Ethernet, opto-isolated digital inputs and outputs, a 60-MB onboard image buffer, low power consumption and user sets for storing parameters. The cameras also offer a multishot feature that allows quick capture of a series of images using only one trigger pulse. They are suitable for intelligent traffic systems, robotics, electronics, semiconductor and medical applications.
