CHATOU, France, Feb. 12, 2020 — ATD Electronique SAS has announced six fourth-generation models of the Sony CMOS Pregius S global shutter sensors.

The stacked CMOS image sensors with global shutter function and back-illuminated pixel structure of 2.74 µm achieve both compactness and high definition. Distortion-free images of moving objects are created due to their stacked structures and global shutter function.

Additional functions of these sensors include dual analog-to-digital converters with built-in combination, a short interval shutter function, and monitor output for exposure periods. The six sensor types include 16, 20, and 24 MP, with each available in a standard or high-speed version.
