REGENSBURG, Germany, June 4, 2019 — Green Laser DiodesDirect-emission green laser diodes from OSRAM Opto Semiconductors are indium gallium nitride devices with wavelengths from 510 to 530 nm for pico projection and other RGB of green laser applications.

Mounted in a TO38 icut or TO56 package with integrated photodiode, the diodes combine a small form factor with high beam quality, making them suitable as light sources for projectors and show lasers as well as point and line lasers.
