06PS7_4.jpgThe ML-G9300 series CO2 laser marker offered by Keyence Corp. of America delivers 1-μm marking definition, 30 W of power, ±5% stability and 600 characters per second. A metallic hardware seal suppresses CO2 leakage, and a barrier wall separates the oscillator and scanner to prevent external air and dust particles from contaminating the scanner mirror. The marking head includes electromagnetic field shielding that reduces the effects of external noise on the scanner and control board. The device is suited for the electronic component, automotive, food, chemical and cosmetics industries.
