ARLINGTON, Va., Nov. 18, 2020 — Handheld Thermal Imaging CamerasThe Exx series of handheld thermal imaging cameras from FLIR Systems Inc. provides enhanced thermal resolution with on-camera routing capability for efficient building inspections.

The E96, with a 640×480 resolution and 8× digital zoom, delivers measurement over great distances for the diagnosis of electrical faults or the location of hidden anomalies at temperatures up to 1500° C, including in harsh industrial environments. The E96, E86, and E76 include UltraMax® high-definition image enhancement technology and improved contrast with one-touch level and spanning functions to view greater image details.

Interchangeable AutoCal lenses offer complete coverage of near and distance targets, with the built-in laser distance meter ensuring the crisp focus needed for accurate temperature measurement. The cameras, joined by the E54 model, help professionals detect the early signs of building issues, identify hot spots, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and prevent problems before they cause damage that leads to expensive repairs.
