WarnerInstruments.jpgWarner Instruments Inc. has unveiled its CHS-1 heated platform base for disposable glass slides and chambered cover glasses. Featuring magnetic stainless steel around its perimeter, it can be used with two of the company’s Mag-3 magnetic clamps with adjustable wire arms to bring perfusion and aspiration lines into the chamber. It also can achieve resistive heating via proprietary temperature controllers. The versatile base is compatible with many disposable glass slides and with chambered cover glasses. It has a 21.5 × 52.3-mm viewing aperture and a low-profile open-design platform for easy cell access. The company’s series 30 and custom stage adapters mount to any major upright or inverted microscope.
