In-house developed digital position sensor coupled with digital servo controller results in high-precision/high-accuracy system that surpasses all analog galvos in the market. Available in various motor types supporting up to 30mm beam diameter; accuracy up to 0.036 µrad resolution, precision up to 1 µrad repeatability, and speed up to 2000 Hz.
