High-Performance Delay Line StagesNewport DLS Series High-Performance Delay Line Stages from MKS Instruments Inc. feature affordable, high-performance linear motor driven stages with integrated motion controllers.

Optimized for retroreflectors, repeatable femtosecond positioning and exceptionally fast traverse speeds, the compact stages are ideal for spectroscopy applications that require single or multiple delay lines. With travel ranges of 125, 225 and 325 mm, the DLS series can cover almost all delay line requirements from femtosecond to nanosecond delays.

Typical spectroscopy applications range from pump-probe experiments to interferometry or multidimensional spectroscopy.
