High-Performance IR Detector & QCLBoston Electronics offers from its industry leading partners, fast, non-cryogenic infrared detectors (Vigo System); and high-performance infrared quantum cascade lasers (QCL) from Alpes Lasers. Our fast detectors (room-temperature or TE-cooled) have nanosecond time constants. Tunable QCL are available from 4 to 16+ um, with various packaging options, and fiber coupling. The detectors and QCL are available with supporting preamplifiers, controllers, drive and power electronics for turnkey operation.
