VANCOUVER, Wash., Feb. 13 -- nLight Photonics, a manufacturer of active opto-electronics devices, has announced the launch of a variety of high-power diode lasers based on both GaAs (780-1000 nm) and InP (1300-1700 nm). In addition, nLight has introduced package options that include high power, water-cooled stacks as well as conductively cooled, fiber-coupled packages.

nLight's product portfolio is based on three core capabilities: semiconductor lasers, micro-optics, and high reliability optical packaging. These capabilities address the demands of a wide variety of applications in the industrial, medical, defense and telecom industries.
