SAN JOSE, Calif., Aug. 6, 2020 — High-Power LEDThe LUXEON HL2X LED from Lumileds is designed for roadway and sports lighting fixtures with high flux and efficiency in an industry standard package.

With 318+ lumens at 700 mA and 85° C, the LUXEON HL2X delivers field-usable lumens for optical engineers. It allows customers to meet the requirements of DLC Premium V5.1, enabling fixture manufacturers to access the best utility rebates while reducing energy consumption. The low thermal resistivity substrate of <2.6° C/W shrinks the size of heatsinks and simplifies the thermal design of fixtures. A color over angle of <40 points ensures high uniformity.

The LUXEON HL2X is available in a standard 3.5 × 3.5-mm, three-stripe footprint.
