 High-Power Laser ModulesThe LCW/SCW series of high-power laser modules from OSI Laser Diode Inc. is designed for optical testing.

The specially-designed devices feature high-peak optical power up to 200 mW at 1000 mA and continuous wave optical power up to 75 mW to meet the demanding performance requirements of the optical test equipment market. The series offers a variety of wavelength options including 1310, 1490, 1550, 1625 and 1650 nm.

The devices are available in single-mode or multi-mode fiber options. The hermetically sealed, laser-welded devices can include thermoelectric coolers, temperature-sensing thermistors and back-facet monitors. The products are offered in a 14-pin butterfly package, a 14-pin dual, in-line package, coaxial packaging and standard TO56 cans.
