KLEINMACHNOW, Germany, Sept. 2, 2016 — II-VI Inc. has announced a series of laser optics for high-power laser processing applications including fused silica optics.

The optics feature low-absorbing coatings to enable peak laser performance for use in 1- to 10-kW laser cutting, welding and remote welding heads.

Many different configurations are available including the addition of aspherical lenses, spherical lenses and debris shields. The optics can also be provided in mounts for direct installation in laser processing heads.
