High-Power UV LasersThe Atlantic UV30 from Ekspla UAB is a picosecond high-power UV laser capable of producing 30 W of output power at 355 nm.

The Atlantic UV30 harmonic module optical layout is optimized for longevity and stable operation in the UV range — 8000 hours of UV optics are guaranteed. Short, 10-ps pulse durations minimize the heat-affected zone of processed material. The high 75-µJ pulse energy and UV output allows the laser to be adapted for tough processes, such as OLED cutting, sapphire processing, and ceramics micromachining. Negligible output-beam spatial characteristic change in wide output power range gives the Atlantic UV30 the cost-efficiency for numerous operation modes and processing various materials.

To tailor laser performance for specific applications, advanced electronics enables features such as external synchronization and precise triggering with jitter of 7 ns, and analog acousto-optic modulator pulse control, which helps to change energy of pulses in real time with immediate response.
