SANTA CLARA, Calif., June 17, 2015 — Spectra-Physics Talon HEThe Talon HE line from Spectra-Physics is a series of high-energy UV and green Q-switched diode-pumped solid-state lasers, delivering high pulse energies and flexibility in system configuration

The lasers feature pulse energies up to >500 μJ at 355 nm and 1000 μJ at 532 nm, with a design that combines the power supply and laser head into a single package for integration into machine tools and straightforward switching between models.

The lasers are suitable for a range of manufacturing applications including printed circuit board via drilling and cutting, semiconductor scribing and flat panel display processing.
