High-Resolution Cameras16-MP high-resolution cameras from XIMEA GmbH feature speeds of more than 300 fps.

The exceptionally fast PCIe interface allows the xiB-64 camera family to stream data at speeds as high as 64 Gb/s over distances of up to 300 m without the need of expensive frame grabbers or special, complicated software. The CB120 model is equipped with the 12-MP CMV12000 sensor with 300 fps, and the CB160 model utilizes LUX160 sensors from Luxima with a large size and 300+ fps. Resolution ranges from 1 to 16 MP and is further enhanced with a Canon lens EF-mount that allows remote control of aperture, focus, and image stabilization.

Applications include vehicle crash impact and airbag deployment testing, projectile or missile launch, combustion tracking, fluid dynamics and particle flow visualization, engine performance monitoring, biomechanics, and more.
