GRONINGEN, Netherlands, June 4, 2015 — Lambert Instruments HS540MOffering simple and efficient high-speed imaging, the Lambert HS540 cameras from Lambert Instruments BV are the company's first cameras featuring a fast, high-resolution sensor.

The Lambert HS540M is a camera for research applications with up to 16 GB of internal storage. The Lambert HS540S is a streaming high-speed camera for industrial applications, designed for tasks such as machine vision, quality control and wafer inspection.

Both cameras feature a high-speed CMOS sensor that records full-resolution images at 540 fps. The cameras' frame rates can be increased by using a smaller part of the sensor to reduce image resolution, delivering rates of up to 170,000 fps.
