The ES200 and VS100 spectrophotometers provide the fastest and widest spectral range for unmatched reliability in process monitoring. The ES200 provides spectra from 1.2 to 4.8 µm at 1.3 kHz, and the ultrafast VS100 measures radiation from 0.3 to 1.1 µm at 40 kHz.
