DILAS Fiber Laser Pump ModulesDILAS expands the wavelengths range of its tailored bar based, scalable concept with high brightness fiber laser pump modules delivering up to 240W (200µm fiber core, NA 0.22) optical output power at 915nm and up to 270W (200µm fiber core, NA 0.22) optical output power at 976nm with optional VBG for wavelength stabilization.

The module is based on DILAS’ tailored bar architecture. This innovative platform combines optimized chip structures with high brightness beam shaping technologies, all assembled with automated production processes. The tailored bar is a monolithic multi-emitter source, allowing the handling of multiple emitters during each manufacturing step, to lower complexity and ease manufacturing. The result is enhanced reproducibility, beam quality and fiber coupling efficiency.

These fiber-coupled modules target a wide range of high-power fiber-laser pumping applications in industry and research and development, as well as in direct diode applications.
