High-Brightness Laser DiodeNew wavelength-stabilized 976-nm laser diode combined with high brightness is designed for fiber laser pumping. It emits 140 W of optical power from a 105-μm-core 0.22-NA fiber pigtail. The diode module comes with a hermetically sealed 6-pin package measuring 120 × 66 mm. Thermistor and monitoring photodiode are integrated.
