The 1550-nm high peak power fiber laser from Lumispot Tech runs a 1550-nm laser and can be used in remote sensing, laser ranging, security monitoring, and autonomous and assisted driving. Utilizing a master oscillator power amplifier structure, the characteristics of the laser-like power and pulse shape can be better controlled. The fiber laser also features high electrical-to-optical conversion efficiency and low nonlinear noise effects, as well as a peak power up to 15 kW, a pulsed width of 4 ns, and a repetition frequency of between 50 and 360 kHz.
