High Power Laser Diodes for LiDARSemiNex offers laser diodes for use in LiDAR applications where high power and eye safety are key requirements. SemiNex lasers are available in a variety of packages, including TO-Cans, fiber-coupled devices and the low cost Laser Engine. In submount packaging, power outputs reach 5 watts CW. Both multimode and singlemode devices (pulsed and CW) are available. Wavelengths range from 1300 to 1700 nm.
