Ideal for demanding applications, the Focuslight FL-VS300 series are high power, high reliability, low SMILE laser bars based on Micro Channel Cooling. Designed for volume production, they feature a bar bonded on MCC with AuSn solder, which results in low smile. A 1 cm bar with <1 µm smile delivers more than 200 W CW output with efficiency of 65% and lifetime of 20,000+ hours. Scalable using vertical stacks. 808 nm, 940 nm, 980 nm.
